Windows Limit a Process to a certain download speed?

    Hi all,
    I was wondering if there was any freeware that allowed me to set a cap on the amount of network bandwidth used by a certain process, every time it starts?

    Just to leave the web usable while iplayer streams are downloading...


    Actually, if there's a way that W7 x64 can do this on it's own - that would be even better.

    Cheers lads - might go with the other option, which is to limit it to sleepytime :)

    ZOMG I totally forgot about that app! Could be because I've heard numerous complaints about it causing BSODs all the time.

    i can't speak for it now but i used to use 1.3 with XP a lot and it was just great. did what it was meant to, and never caused any fuss.
