M.2 ones don't, however there is a wide world of SSDs that don't use M.2. In fact, SSDs are available in higher capacities than HDDs: https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/ssd/enterprise-ssd/MZILT30THALA-00007/ So if you are going for a "balls to the wall money means nothing build" then no spinning rust should be allowed.
I think its because they have loads of those 16TB drives, so they're looking for uses so they can keep them! I really can't get on with GN's presenter, he just grates on me in a way I can't quite put my finger on! So I only watch realyl select things!

I watch most of them - LTT, Jay, Bitwit, Paul, GN, HC, HW unboxed, Optimum Tech, Der8auer and others. If you don't like one/some/all of them, fine - nobody says you have to. Please, please, please don't turn into w@nky tech hipster twats, spewing "I'm so done with <insertnamehere>" and get sniffy and judgy about others who still watch. Also, twenty thousand dollars and the GPUs are air cooled?
Just for fun I like jay too cause he reminds me of myself a little, in that he jumps head first into something without much forethought and cocks it up in a regular. Some of his modding stuff lately has been pretty dam good. I watch the odd one of others if they look really interesting, but I have too many to devote any more time to another one. Without becoming one of them, and nobody wants that.
I tried watching Linus but oh boy does his voice grate on my nerves. GN and the Wookie impersonator whose name I can't remember seems very informative, but his speech patterns wind me up. Jay, some of his content irks me (Like that shithouse repair on the ..2080Ti was it?), but overall his delivery and voice are pretty consistent and the content watchable. Although I could do with less montages. I tried a couple of others, whose names I can't remember, but mostly their delivery bugged the hell out of me. Some of them sound like they're doing a bad impression of a stoned person. Makes me want to reach through the screen and shake them.
There's a tech channel for everyone. TBH half of the time I just dip in and out of several as oftentimes they're reporting the same thing. And i'm a hypocrite, i'll watch LTT if it has something i'm interested in.
I like the chap from GN (Steve I think), although I get what you mean about his voice. Their latest video on how they plan to be testing coolers and the inherent flaws in other tests showed a next-level amount of super nerdiness which appeals to me. Sometimes I do have to skip bits though as the level they go to does make my head hurt... I think my favourite has to be Jay - he seems like a kid in a sweet shop most of the time and I feel I would be the same in his position Linus has always felt overly commercial to me, but at the same time I like that their channel clearly has a huge amount of cash which they can they do ridiculous stuff with. Never watched any of Paul or Kyle's videos if I'm being honest.
