I have one to add to the bad list: Accubyte.com A buddy of mine bought his motherboard and processor from them, and boy howdy was that a pain in the ass. He has had continual problems, wound up buying a seperate warranty from them to cover his crap and they won't take his (bad) board back until they have another board to replace it with, which isn't going to happen because that board isn't made anymore. Basically they have been continually rude and discurteous to him, and I wanted to make sure nobody here gave them any business. Basically they are one of those sites that have cheap crap on pricewatch, but don't have the customer service ability to back it up
My worst absolutely has to be ebuyer! They may generally be the cheapest, but virtually everything I have had from the has been broken, faulty or not worked as it should! Best have been www.chillblast.com and www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk for their excellent range of products, service and prices!
Worst for me has to be cancom. I had a nightmare with a G4 powerbook, it took about 4 months to sort out, I had to get on to trading standards and eventualy try to claim back off my credit card. Also Ebuyer and its funny (not so funny) returns policy.

Don't buy from newtech computers from laindon area and the computer fairs around london, as I can't get a hold of them when things go wrong.
DABS is pretty good, been ordering from there for years, few probs. First was when their db screwed up (monumental cock up), I emailed DA (head of cmpy) and it was sorted out sharpish. Second I bought some 24x CDs and they barely made the 16x grade, they said it wasn't their fault and it was incompatibility, I said they didn't mention this on this on their site and I was entitled to a refund, got full refund on cds, cost of phone calls to their service support line and 150 cds that could be burnt quite happily at 12x. www.121cdr.co.uk is a fantastic place to get CDs. There are a few bad un's, SCAN is probably the worst, bought CDs from em, they never arrived, so I rang their line a few times and eventually I got this incredibly damaged box of CDs (about 1/4 were usable). I gave up at that point. There was another one, Techsomething, long time ago, think they have gone bust now. Not surprised considering the service! Mind you I did have £10 credit with them that I never did figure out what to spend it on!
The Modding and Computing community should set up an awards system for suppliers, if all mods sites and computing sites teamed together to knock out crappy places (like PC WWorld) and give more support to smaller companies or companies that just rock, life would be much etter, a guide for ppl to consult and know whos the best at what instead of millions of mixed opinions
A BiT-Tech Poll would be a good idea - I mean how many people use these forums regularly? Should be able to get a few hundred votes on suppliers
Nice to see WE langishing at the bottom. (I've added my rant to their entry ) Interesting that SCAM don't make the top 60.... Maybe the mods could post a sticky thread in hardware with this link? Gives people some idea as to what to expect from a potential supplier.
www.novatech.co.uk have been good to me, bought a boat load of stuff off of them, nothing wrong with any of it, also I have found www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk to be a good company with good customer support D_wºlƒ out
