Yay for national semiconductor for discontinuing the LM9022 series, which just basically put the 50 boards i had designed and sent in to be ordered for VFD VU meters totally useless.

Does anyone know of an equivalent drop in replacement or know anywhere to locate old stock of these? maybe someone knows equipment that might have had them in use? Anyone know if the chinese cloned them yet? hehe.

Phone DigiKey and they might be able to get you 50. Or check out ChinaICMarket and drop a few emails to any listed suppliers. Go for the ones located in Hong Kong (Kong Kong Post is really good. You may get nailed with import duty, though).

Sorry, my brain must have gone funny for a second there. I meant ChinaICMart.
