    It is an interesting idea that the lack of charisma shown by the big three leaders is partly responsible for the general apathy in voters.

    Is it a question of what did Boris do, although I know it should be? Isn't it more often the lesser of two evils? In this instance Boris can be a buffoon, he knows that, he admits it, and that doesn't go amiss with the ordinary man, but he is actually bright and although a Tory he's a distanced Tory.

    As for Ken, he started well 12 years ago but after 8 years in office of some considerable disappointment why would people trust him to deliver long term when he proved he wouldn't before? that combined with the wild bribes ...
