Logitech MX1000 , Steelpad 4S

    I was wondering if any1 knew if the mx1000 will work well on the steelpad 4S or even atall :S , Steelpad clearly states that , i quote , " *Does not work with Logitech Optical mice OTHER than the MX Series*" , So my question is seeing as the MX1000 is laser , not optical , but clearly is in the logitech MX series , whether it will work on this mat , cud any1 help?? , thnx.

    laser is just another form of light, so it should work...

    Guessing tht the MX1000 wont work with Steelpad 4S (allu) thn , Ill try the steelpad 4D insted alot cheaper , and made of smotth flat plastic shud do the job , thnx :D.

    Well I Got My Pad , And Its Fine Working On The Plastic Pad as i assumed , so thnx , happy mousing 4 me :D
