I'm putting together a demo machine for Z68. The plan is that there'll be two disks, one accellerated with SRT. So i'll get a program installed on each of those drives, and then demonstrate the difference to the public.

Can somebody reccommend me some free-to-use software that starts very slow (the slower the program starts, the clearer the difference will be).

How about something like Gimp with several huge images?

    Or libreoffice with long documents?

Hmmm, I do remember OpenOffice taking quite a while to load up on disks but since I got my SSD I've forgotten all about it.

Honestly I don't even expect such a big difference, you better have a good chrono to measure that.

A game would probably illustrate this the best.
