I've been looking around and really have no idea what to look for. I was going to buy a gaming notebook a while back but changed my mind. Really all I want now is something portable with a few extra's. Powerfull enough to play HD video. DVI out. Atleast 2-3hours battery life. Small but not tiny, 14+inch screen. I'm not really worried about weight or anything like that, really the only thing I can think of is a nice looking screen and preferably something that is quiet.
check out the top end dell inspiron. maybe even acer's ferrari laptop if u fancy having great performance AND a great look. also ASUS is a good choice but they are very expensive. or a sony vaio they have superb screens as do acer but then u'll have to look for their ''cristalbryte'' screens.
