Hi, im new to the form so im not entirely sure that I am posting this to the right category, but I need help finding a keyboard that matches my needs. I need a keyboard that is -Wireless (USB, not bluetooth) -White body (not a floating layout) -Hot swappable or easy to desolder -87% or smaller -Has some form of backlight -Available to ship to Canada Thanks in advance
Are there any priorities within that list? I suspect having all of them is going to be difficult. The majority of wireless keyboards are bluetooth (for broadest compatibility) rather than 2.4Ghz. And 2.4Ghz is mainly aimed at the gaming market, but the usual gaming aesthetic seems to be black rather than white. There is this, but it seems to be out of stock in the few places I've seen it. If you're willing to desolder, you could grab something like this, desolder and put whatever switches you want in, but how easy it would be to dismantle and desolder I don't know and, at £38/C$65, I'm not sure what overall build quality will be like... EDIT: is there a particular switch, or type of switch, you are looking for?
