Alright, i want to take my first leap into SATA and buy a Raptor 74gig, but i do have a problem. I already have 3 PATA drives, a 250gig and two 80's. I would like to use both of them along with the Raptor at the same time, is this possible since two of the HD's run off the mobo, and will it give me a noticeable inrease in speed? (Right now my boot drive is a 7200 2meg buffer WD, sad i know x_X) My second question is, i have my OS boot drive (80gig) partitioned in 6 different partitions and it took me a while to setup windows for Vmemory, program files, temp files and whatnot..So i would like to put a 1:1 copy from the 80gig PATA to the new (when i buy it) Raptor, can i do this?
