    Its not often i make reqeusts, But here we go

    Im looking for some text based adventure games,

    Stuff like you would see on the comodore C64 / +4 and sinclairs,

    "You are stood infront of a tall white house"

    Walk to house

    "you are at the door, there is a bell"

    Ring bell


    You know that kind of game,

    Have you ever heard of a MUD? The are multiplayer text based (usually). Similar to what you're looking for, but more "fun" IMO.

    Mud Connector should be plenty.
    You'll need a telnet client. Any will work, though ones made to use with MUDs will make it a better experience.

    I personally play on Final Realms.
