    yay, first post!

My current setup is as follows:
Dell system (don't like Dells, but I got it for free so cannot complain much)

    -P4 2.8 (800fsb, Hyper Threading) not OC'ed, stock fan
    -2 x 1GB PQI Turbo DDR 400, not OC'ed, w/heatsinks
-ATI X800XL 256mb AGP (made by ATI) w/ stock fan
-Maxtor 7200rpmIDE 80GB, upgrading to a 320GB Western Digital soon

I am not looking to mod my case or buy any after-market coolers. My card runs about 55 idle, upwards of 75-80 load. I also installed ATI Tool (v.26) but have done nothing but test for artifacts (none btw). So, I am looking to overclock; core runs 398.25, ram 492.75. Like I said, I want to OC but no extra fans, mods or coolers. Also, on ATI Tool when I clicked "Find Max Core", my monitor shut off; restarted and everything is fine. I am a pretty big hardware geek but never experimented with overclocking before because, well, it's a Dell, lol.

Suggestions for OC numbers? Tips? Thanks in advance :)

PS in about 2 months I am upgrading to... (all via newegg)
    -Gigabyte case
    -Core 2 Duo E6300
    -2 x 1GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800
-eVGA 8800 GTX or GTS haven't decided
-eVGA 122-CK-NF68-AR mobo (heard it was prime for OCing the Core 2 Duo I am getting from 1.83 to 2.66 WITH stock cooler)
    -WD Raptor 74GB
    -SoundBlaster X-Fi
    -Raidmax 630W PSU
-Already have media HDD and optical

I would not overclock, as an idle of 55c scares me, but that's just my personal opinion.
