Sometimes it's form over function, most of the time it's the other way around but there are exceptions to the rule
i have to admit its form over function for me. my gf is very particular about how much of an eye sore some cases are!haha she wants me to get the p182se but they are non existant now. I wonder if they will bring out a p183se? i guess im tempted to get the thermaltake case but i know there are better out there which is putting me off!
i have lean't a very expensive lesson and that is that you shouldn't put form or features first it should be the maufature first then features then form then you are done in that order. as build quaity is everything in a case you buy one to last you for at least the next 3 years prefrably 5 years and you don't want some badly built shity thing that you just get anoyed with all the time
We reviewed it for the mag a while back. It's all show and full of plastic and very thin/cheap steel that you can bend (not just flex) with your fingers. The build quality reeks of typical cheap Chinese tat, still, and copy-cat styling. It "works", but its certainly NOT Harry-proof. It wasn't even Mark proof - and he's a seasoned case builder.
i just use oem cases - ivbe gone from a ibm thinkstation case, through a dell dimension case now am using a NEC Powermate case. works for me and free!
ok scrap the thermaltake case, its either the antec P1x3 series or 1200 or maybe the lancool k62, how about the silverstone fortress?
I'm looking at buying a new case, and I'm thinking about the Lancool K58 (the K62 without blue LEDs and window, but unfortunately also without the 2x140mm fans) so if it was me I'd go for that
Go old school the Antec 900 is still the best affordable case for overclocking and airflow. Check out Custom PC Issue.........(some 1 help me out here) I use it and have no problems with it over the past 3 years
