    It's a good place to do research for my training courseware for .net

    Yeah this is the best forum in the world imho, the staff are friendly and polite, and everyone gets on like one big family :) The design is also really neat and tidy and you'll find the site dead-easy to use.

    I think when a position becomes available, the mods and staff get together and decide who they would like to invite to help.

    Most probably based on the users contribution and attitude.

    arse kissing....lots and lots of arse kissing!! :rock: - you may begin :D

    Most mods did the job before they were mods...using that bad post button to help us find garbage threads and such. Generally its about your attitude and the necessity of needing more people to watch over the forums as we become more and more active..

    Just my openion on the matter...
