Thanks! Exercise is not going that good like it should to be honest:)
But I walk a bit every day to and from work. Walks are best for me right now I think. I dont want to do heavy gym like last time, I think I might not survive next session like I served to myslef last time.
I'm going to see my doctor next week, need to talk about my high blood preasure, high pulse and strange pains on the back of my head I'm having lately.... I just don't want to die soon;)

I haven't checked my weight since last weight check. I don't think it will be that good as last time, but I feel I at least kept last weight, cause I feel it on my clothes, all got more loose, so I'm happy:) Think is I MUST think that food is not most important for me. See, I still like to watch good movie on my pc at night and have some snack during. That is sth that I still fight with. Simply I cannot enjoy watching movie without snacks... Doritos with low fat dips, popcorn, some weight watchers snacks.. always something..
Its not good, but I'm fighting it! :thumb:

    Hows it going?
    no update for a while.

I'm after a similar thing, but do it on an informal basis, I make a guess at how much I'm eating.

I got a total shock at the back end of January, I got a new set of scales, the olds ones had been broke for a year.
    16st 11 (110Kg)
    8 years ago I was 34 waist and 13st 9 (37 now)

    I'm lucky, I'm 6'2" (190cm) and with a 44 chest, I can hide my now 38 waist.
So it wasn't really aparent, even to me, how much weight had gone on (I'm not the type of bloke who looks at them self in a mirror)

But I was looking at having to get a whole new wardrobe just because of my expanding waistline, thats £200+ not spent on PC parts ><

I am aiming for 14st (90Kg) by the start of May.

    Today I hit 15st 7 (99Kg)
    Totaly stoked :)

So far it has just been by diet (eating 20% smaller portions and no junk) , But I've just joined a Gym, withy loadsa fancy kit.
Today was a 900 calorie workout.

I'll be so pleased if I can keep this up.

Good luck to anyone else trying to lose weight.

Good luck! I lost 35kg in 1,5 years, mainly with a change in eating habits.

    I got to 14st 11 today.

    I'd be happy with 14 1/2.

My target was about 30lb in 3 months, just going to miss it.....

good luck to all you folks trying to lose weight.

    14st 6 today....

But, I had a solid workout, I'll be a bit dehydrated which will put a little back on.

This last 1/2 stone has been hardwork, but one big push now will get me to 14.

I'm off to Turkey on the 4th of June, if I could hit 14 st by then that'd be awsome.

good luck to anyone else trying to lose weight / get in shape.

    Congrats!

From my experience getting into shape is 80% diet 20% working out. All the working out in the world won't help unless you are very careful about what you eat. No junk food or soda which sucks.
