    Hi Everyone,

Thanks for clicking this link, I just wanted to share something that has become increasingly important to me.

It may not be for everyone, however if you think that what they are doing is wrong, or you are related to or know anyone who has a similar disability, I urge you to sign this and if possible, share it.

LoveFilm - All we want for Christmas is Subtitles

Thanks for taking the time to read.:thumb:

    Kind Regards

    Kal

PS. For those who are interested I have linked some information about the kind of 'feedback' LoveFilm provided to their disabled customers when contacted.

PPS. If anyone else has been experiencing things like this please feel free to share.

Just found out that Amazon are merging Lovefilm with "Amazon Prime", and putting the price for both up by £30.

Yeah that's how I found out that they still aren't offering subtitles.

I was eager to join and thought that Lovefilm had done what Netflix had, but alas no :(

I can understand it's annoying if you just want delivery and have no interest in video. However, they are sweetening the deal by offering the new service with video for the existing £49 for the first year for existing customers.

This has the added benefit that if you sign up to a Prime trial before the video service launches on the 26th you can effectively get 13 months of Prime benefits and the equivalent of LoveFilm instant for £49.

That's £3.77 a month. Sounds pretty damn good value to me.

God knows why they can't/won't add subtitles though. For a big service it should be a given, like disabled access in shops.

I know. Mine is due to renew in 1 month. I'll give it a chance.
