    Hello,

I have about 15 machines I am recycling for a client, need to securely wipe the hard drives.

I think I would like something that runs off a liveCD.

Is there anything on hirens that would do it and do it well? for the most parts the drives dont really have much on them as most stuff is on the network there .

Ideally I would like something that is fairly quick, as I would like to get it all done in a morning rather than a day/my own time.

    thanks.

HDD Erase is a nice freeware tool for securely removing data on a hard drive.

EDIT: Ignore my blatant misreading. It shouldn't take too long mind.

can you run that from a livecd? it needs to be something I can just stick in the optical drive and boot from.

Yep. Details are in the readme contained within the download.
