Hi need sum advice on low profile cpu coolers.

Going to be going on to a pcu like a Intel Q6600 or Q9550 socket 775.

Max high i can have is 82mm high.

Coolers i have found so far:
    Silverstone SST-NT06-LITE, CPU Cooler, Black/Silver
    COOLER MASTER Geminii S RR-CCH-PBJ1-GP
Cooler Master GeminII, CPU Cooler, 175mm, Copper/Silver
Scythe Shuriken Low Profile CPU Cooler
Zalman CNPS8700 NT, CPU Cooler, Gun Metal Grey
Zalman CNPS8000 Ultra Silent 92mm CPU Cooler

Any advice? Do you no of any others?

the silverstone NT06 was developed for there SUGO cases, it was ok at the time but struggled with high end dual cores if i remember, so on a Q9660 i dont think it'll take your breath away.

scythe shuriken is over priced for its performance, and you might aswell stick with the Intel OEM cooler, which is pretty good actually.

Cooler Master Gemini II might be you best bet, and it cools your memory!

Question: Why such a limited height?

    Thanks.

High is limited. Using the Silverstone SUGO SG03 case. The PSU sets over the cpu. See photo below.

go on, you know you want to water cool!

Aircooling and the SUGO series was an issue from the start, even tho the gemini II fits there isn't any room for its fans

LOL. Yeh i have seen 2 watercooled ones before. cramped into the case. Dont really want to spend $$ on water cooling and have to try install it all.
