    Yo ...

I'm moving into my first flat on 01.07.03 and as I was drawing up the flat on paper to see if all my stuff would fit in, I was wondering what do you guys pay per m² ? I pay 200 € for 25m² which is around 8 € per m² ... and that's pretty cheap in my town ... Was just curious if Germany's the only country which damn #$%&§"* high prices for flats ... oh and where would I post a " flat-modding " thread !? :D I suppose right here ey ? 01.06.03 I start renovating, uh, I mean modding it :D

    Cheers

A brand new three bedroomed largeish bungalow cost £70,000 brand new five years ago.

The house across from us (which is similar) was sold before xmas for £105,000...that's a hell of a rise :worried:

Our house in 1989 was worth £67k. Recently valued at ~£280k. Ridiculous money... We've had it extended however, but nothing too major. 5 bedroom detached.

My mum and dad are going to sell it when I leave, and buy a house somewhere up North :)

I'm renting a full house in the US... Comes out to be around $8 a square foot which would be roughly $25 a square meter. Like I said, it's a full house with a deck, yard and all that fun stuff...

Paid £59K for our house, and t's now a grade II listed building and if we get grant money to restore the warehouse's roof to the old twin pyramid design it would be worth a poop load more, appx 2~2.5M with the work done that is. As it is now >£300K
