Right now it's a weird time because there's a mini-heist going on that's not officially on the briefings page. But usually there will be a briefing which is enough to get you started. The problem for the current one is that you need to have the first app that was given away (American History Lux) to solve it. You *could* just go to the wiki and get the answers, but I didn't tell you that.
