/me thinks Penski is taking the piss...

They're alright live, if you like that kinda thing. I got bored of their records tbh.

    Cheers

Knocking mic stands, them falling over and vocals continuing? Seems like miming to me...

As I recall, only the drums, bass and some of the guitar parts were live.

    They have to.

There singer can't sing for **** half the time, his voice is ****ed up.

Good band though, there are better live performances.

Otep live, is where it is at!

    Otep? You are joking... right?

Machine Head kinda made a career imho based on one excellent song which was 'Davidian', whereas the rest of that album was only meh and nothing since was even that good to me (didnt they go all rap-rock?). I've heard a recording of them live before, and they weren't bad but that was back on the tour about 10yrs ago when they supported Slayer in the UK. They did a pretty decent version of 'Witching Hour' by Venom and the regular MH songs sounded alright live too. Although Robb Flynn rather likes saying crap stuff like 'Lets **** this **** up!' and other gems from the Cookie Monster Metal Cliche Handbook.

Women shouldn't be in rock bands...thats not sexist...just an observation that there isn't a single good woman in any rock band other than Skin from Skunk Anansie and Christina Scabia.

Otep looks like a frog, sounds like a frog and her band should be made to kneel before having a bolt shot through their brainstem one at a ****ing time with a sign in front of them as they die that says 'this is your punishment for crimes against music'.

Oi Rock Bitch are a bona fide artistic journey into such heavy weight intellectual arenas as simulated arse sex and cunny. And they get their tits out for the geeks in the Enter Sandman t-shirts down the front.

Gotta agree with the Penski on that one though. Hard Rock + Women Singing = Embarassing.

In the metal arena, that crazy wench in Arch Enemy pumps my nads something rotten.
