I registered just to compliment you on a job well done.

One question though. It seems like it would get hot inside the case and that there is not enough cooling for it. Am I wrong or is that an issue you have to contend with?

    Seen it-In The Flesh!

As I've been lucky enough to witness this piece of space-age wizardry first hand, I thought I'd let you know the photos don't do it justice! I saw it at the conception and at the various stages in between and I was consistently amazed at each tweak and electronic nuance. It must be appreciated in the dark for full effect, so you can pretend you're about to warp into hyper space when the thing comes alive. My only criticism is that you probably won't get much work done as you'll be too busy admiring it! The best feature isn't the cool blue dials or the fluorescent green guts, or the fact that you only get to view them when you boot up-nah! The 'lighty uppy feet' are the 'piece de resistance'. I won't spoil it by giving away their secret, suffice to say that I'm not 'making it up' (geddit!) when I tell you that i can't wait to see the next 'macroman' project.

    Not exactly!

I wasn't there for the whole process but I saw it at various stages of developement. He was upgrading my pc in his 'spare' time and invited me to observe his creation. He even asked my opinion about the colour of the dials, so really it's all thanks to me that it looks so good!!!!

I decided to waight to reply on the case to see your articles. I, and more than likely others as well, are waighting impatiently!! But never the less, we do want you to take your time so that you may address all issues. The overall effect of the case is wounderful and very awh inspiring to the new generations of the modding world. I give a graceful bou the the King of the modding rhelm.

Yeah, the man is nothing if not 'real!' I know relatively little about modding, but I do know that his passion is for creating something unusual or different. This seems to me to be the essence of what modding should be about. Sadly, many people just want a quick fix and a guide to how to do the same as someone else, when it would be much more interesting if people saw his work and decided to be equally inventive and free thinking. Obviously, technical and construction tips are essential, but it's the little subtle details that make 'Black' appealing. The 'lighty uppy feet' make my point much clearer than I have here, but apparently you'll have to wait for the guide to find out why!

You know, they say that the first time you read something you only take in 30%. I just read this again and OMG Macroman 0wns us all! I have to say that my jaw broke my desk when I saw this case. Macro, hats off to you.

Nice... so every one makes one or two mistakes then ;)

I like some of the techniques you used on the paint job... Every time I look at this article, I notice more detail, that is not obvious to the eye at first... :)
