I want a way to make the text underneath my desktop icons dissapear. But I want the rest of my icons' lables to remain. Is this possible, and if so how can I do it?

    Pfft, File, rename, spacebar, enter.

    rinse, repeat.

An alternative is Ultimate Wallpaper Changer. It doesn't remove the text tag but it does make the background transparent. The program is free.

Or XSetUp will do it without having to find all the weird keys.
    So does XP?
