    The official motorcycle record in Colorado is 173 mph. The police and and the state mounties did NOT give chase. Tracked by airplane. Who needs to go 173 mph when the maximum speed in the entire US is 75 mph? Insane! Too late in the day to do metric conversion but it's a lot!

    on the ethanol subject its legal everywhere as long as you don't get caught:D

    We still use mph as the unit for speed in the UK John ;) That's madness. I was at 90MPH, so this guy was doing at least 140 I reckon. It was the week before the NW200 road race, so you never know, he could've been a rider out testing, or just an excited fan out for a ride the week before the race.
