I guy I went to junior high with was sentenced to jail a couple of years back for murdering his room mate. He walked on his room mate screwing the guy I knew's cat. This wasn't the first time it had happened either, apparently.

In the case they mentioned from Enumclaw (and the post above I think), the neighbors went away on holiday and asked a guy to watch their farm. While they were gone he was pimping out the animals, which went fine until one "client" wanted to be banged by the horse. Unfortunatly, this had rather negative effects on the client, and so the "Pimp" dropped him at the hospital where he later died of massive internam bleeding. Bringing charges against the pimp proved rather difficult. He wasn't trespassing since he had permission to be at the farm. They couldn't charge him with negligence since he DID take the guy to hospital, and they couldn't charge him with animal cruelty since they didn't feel they could prove the animal was harmed. I can't remember what he was eventually charged with, but I think he spent a month in jail for it.
