    Not if done well. A couple of grain-of-rice sized drops is all you need. Butt pressure does the rest.

    Yea, with a few tiny beads of glue the guy would have been likely to just rip skin off with the force needed to stand. I think there must have been a fair bit of glue in the euqation.

    What I'm really wondering is why they took the whole toilet if he was only attached to the seat? I mean I hope he want sitting on the actual toilet rim!?!

    being a public toilet, i'm willing to bet that the seat was more than just bolted to the actual toilet. To prevent theft.
    Why someone would steal part of a public toilet is beyond me though.
