Okay so not entirely sure if anyone can help me with this, but basically have sold my Manfrotto tripod and I can't remove the 324RC2 head from the top of the tripod,

and ITS DOING MY HEAD IN:wallbash:

Anyone got any tips for removing the two? I've un-done the three screws underneath the bottom of the mounting plate but still no luck, I suspect with the pressure that has been applied to it, (the head hasn't been removed from the tripod for two years) its sort of just got itself stuck there.

But yeah, any ideas of how to remove it? Before I start pulling my hair out

the installation video shows them using a screwdriver in a small hole on the side of the bottom plate of the head and using that to tighten, can you use a decently strong and long steel screwdriver in that hole to loosen it?
