Well, the bionic body parts sound a bit serious. Just think what could have happened if his empty skull hadn't cushioned him against much of the impact.... [phew] I wonder if there will be enough metal in him for him to be moddable?? Naturally, adjustments will have to be made...likely swapping a toothbrush for a dremel. Anyway, Bionic Mankz, glad to hear to are alive and getting better. Stay vigilant; you've survived the impact, but you have MRSA and hospital food to negotiate now...Good Luck!

Oh my god. Hope you make a speedy recovery, man. A small mercy of head trauma accidents is that he probably won't remember anything from impact to his release from hospital. My mum was in something similar and she's forgotten the lot.
Someone on the FS forum will know, more to the point we need someone to deliver it to him as he'll be in the hospital.
Im allowed 10 mins twice a day, only that much because they dont want me getting headaches etc. So, I've been doing alot of reading over the past couple days, and the doctors have told us that the fact im able to read perfectly easily without having trouble with letter distinction is quite remarkable at this stage, so, go me. I've just started Blair's Memoirs, so I'll see how that goes. I'm being transfer out of the ward to a more comfortable ward or possibly even a different hospital over the weekend, where they intend to start basic physiotherapy to get me using my abs and the like again. Your talk of cheesecake excites me, but seriously, its not a problem, and to be honest, at this stage I probably wouldn't be allowed to have it You can wait until im back in my flat for that one. Only thing I care about at the moment is whether or not the jelly with dinner is going to be lime flavoured or not..

Clearly you are very ill and need to get an MRI on that brain. I strongly suspect it's not working quite right just yet
Glad to hear you survived. It's a long, nasty road to recovery (I've trudged down it as well) but I know you'll make it. If you want to talk about getting better once you're out, feel free to PM me. I survived something similar (though mine was only a BMW) and I have the head scars to prove it. That girl of yours is ace, treat her right.
