This very well might have been brought up in the past but I was taking a look around the wanted's in the MP today and having come across several where they already had found something I wondered how quick a job it might be to add an 'Acquired' tag so we can change 'Wanted' threads to 'Acquired' once we've found what we're looking for?

If I'm in that situation I just change it to sold, not exactly correct but has the desired effect.

An acquired tag would be good also though.

Well me to but I'm wondering if some people don't as 'sold' doesn't 100% fit the mark so maybe an 'acquired' would provide a move obvious choice.

Or even just a closed tag. I mentioned that months ago.

In an ideal world it would be possible for the OP to close their thread once its purpose had been served, but it's not an ideal world.

We used to be able to do this before the custom changes to the forum many years ago.
