    That was Apple's CFO (there's a link to that in the related section of the article), but he said he expected DRAM would hit its peak 'possibly at the end of the year' - i.e. both DRAMeXchange (which expects a price hike in the third quarter) and Apple (which expects DRAM pricing to increase until the end of the year) are saying the same thing, it's just one is couched as "things will get better soon" (Apple) and the other as "things are getting worse (or better if you're a DRAM seller rather than a buyer) immediately" (DRAMeXchange).
