I have a question about what I said in the title of this post. I have an MO MX4 already, and want to use the 3 pin connectors to control some fans. I was wondering, if i had some fans with led's connected to them - would they be powered from the 3 pin connector, or would they need a 4 pin connection? it would be amazing to have the MX4 control it if it was all powered by the 3 pin connection, because the led's would fade in and out as the fan was powered on and off. just something i've been fantasizing about. anybody think that would work?
