Nonsense, I was tired & took it bad, was a fair comment & I broke my own rule of don't post when tired. :)

Changed the name of the project.

Should be getting the vinyl wrap today & the aluminium tomorrow.

Got the vinyl wraps, the grey is quite a bit darker than expected but I like the look of it.

    Thanks. :)
I used to make my 3mm holes 4mm allowing for slight inaccuracies, this time I'm doing 3mm & countersinking so precision has to be awesome this time, so far so good. :)

Done the mid & bottom panels & HDD cage, just need to make the 6 HDD trays now.

The HDD cage is 5 panels, 8 modding cubes & 24 cut, sanded, drilled & tapped square bars, pretty good day of modding today, unsure if I'll head back to it to do those final HDD trays today or not.

, It's all done now, just need to countersink all holes, clean up edges throughout & apply vinyl wrap.

Done the HDD trays, but the mount holes was in wrong orientation so only way around it was either drill extra holes or just cut the little handles off & spin them around, I did the latter.

First assemble to see how it all is.

It has a few imperfections but I think it'll do.

I'll dissemble over the next days to wrap it in vinyl.

    Awesome update:thumb:
Those Excaliburs must be sweet tools, I would like to have one like that.
Nice design, great execution, as always:rock:
WOW, that's a lot HDDs you will be mounting there.

Thanks phinix, yeah the Excalibur scroll saws are pretty awesome.
Usual amount of HDD's for me, 5 HDD & 1 SSD, well spaced though so takes up more room.

Took it all apart & smoothed all the edges this morning.

Just need to wash the panels & apply the vinyl & reassemble.

Put handles on to make mounting/unmounting the side panels & internal PSU cover easier, added the mesh & a window.
