How well does it run??

 

should run fine on yr spec.

ive got XP2500 @ 2.3Ghz + Radeon 9500Pro (slightly OCed)

runs perfect at 1152x864 @ high settings.

Yea windows properties says 4x is turned on, but ive ticked performance and not quality.

and the MP2 settings has 4 samples enabled also.

 

hmm. a few edges a touch rough :/ nm, most look good.

Basically i enabled the screenshot function in the game by adding -screenshot onto the shortcut.

Example ="C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Max Payne 2\MaxPayne2.exe" -screenshot

Doing the above enables u to simply push F10 and it will take a screenshot and store it in the max payne directory.

I then took lots of shots, changed the size and then used Image Ready which is built into photoshop.

simple really.

the GIF took me a while to do, bus i didnt mind cos i was bored stiff at the time. And i was taking a break from MP2 cos i had been playing it all afternoon.

yea atm i have spare time but on monday i start my new job which is mon to fri so ill have less time!

But ill be getting more money and its a start in the IT industry which i want.

Well I just got it and started to play it. Pretty amazing. I have an XP1800, GeForce Ti4600, and 768MB RAM and it runs great.

Well... Ok, a few problems. First it said that I don't have AGP accelerator enabled and that it only *might* be possible to play . Second (and this happens for all games) my display goes completely black and my speakers emit a high pitched screaching noise. The only thing I can do is manually restart my computer. Its my sound card, and Audigy Gamer. It really pisses me off though. I have no idea why it would do that, but I confirmed it. I took components out one at a time and when I took out the sound card it never did that. Grrr... Makes me so mad .

I can usually get through about a quarter of a level before it does it, so I just have to save often.

 

God damn play.com
