Well I'm stil using my trusty old xp1700 (code as per sig) and have managed to get a little more out of it with my new DFI Infinity.

Just wondering what the maximum safe voltage is that I should be using as I'm sure I've read somewhere that the cores of these chips can get damaged by high voltages irrespective of temp? It's running at 38c by the way with a WW and a BIX2.

    Cheers

Ive been running my XP1800 JIUHB DLT3 at 2.1V water cooled for months. I think my NF7-S undervolts but not much. I wouldnt worry too much about it mate. You might be shortening its life, but it will most likely be obselete before its dead.

As long as the temps are reasonalbe (ie below say 50-55 load) then 2-1.1v would be a safe max to use....
