holy sh*t thats a small mobo... despite my name, I despise mcdonalds and burger king, but this is a very well done mod... mod on...
Thanks for all the comments guys! I just did another mod (This after the happy meal one, but I finished them the same day) It is a "Non-HappyMeal mod", but still has to do with McDonald's. My store hired me to make them a computer for use in our crew room. I had a $500 budget and a month to do it in. They did not expect the finished product at all, and were completely shocked. The pictures aren't the greatest, but they do the job. I'll post more when I get the PC back to give it a cleaning...
very very nice I have seen alot of wooden pc's recently that are basicly monstrositys. This is such a good useage though you have restored my wooden modding dreams .
What exactly do you do at McDonald's? The mod is pretty cool, allthough i hate McDonald's (and burgerking)
Nice mod there. Although I'm curious about what the internals look like, how about some shots of that?
I'm just an employee, a very dedicated employee. Not being 18, management isn't possible, but they say I have a tie waiting for me, LOL! I do as much as I can be involved with the store; I've made them many door signs, waste sheets, computers, ect... I see something much more than just being a manager in the future though! I didn't have a digital camera during the end of the construction process. And I can't open the bottom portion of the computer now. (Glued shut, the only way for me to access the insides is to unscrew off the DVD drive. But I'm only going to do that if I have to) Here's the few picture I have. What I'll have to do is make up a nice diagram of what the insides are like. I got it custom done at The Shattered Web. They do good work!
Dude, lots of points for originality! Good work. Did you submit these to the higher ups at McDonalds? They might hook you up somehow or get you publicity somewhere. When I did my Red Hat Shadowman mod, I submitted it to Red Hat, but I just got a "Wow that's cool, we are proud you love our products, and we hope you continue to use them". I guess that's what you get from open source Maybe M$ would have been different had I done a WinXP mod...
