HTPC MCE + ATi 550 in NZ = no go

    Hello, I have just bought a Tul Theatre 550 Pro Tv-card based on the ATi 550 chip.

    My problem is tha if I use the New Zealand option for channel tuning in MCE 2005 windows does not find any channels (scanning only lasts 20sec) using other countries I get some channes but not all annd the quality is very poor.



    HELP!!!
