It really isn't a problem and the symmetry makes it look so much nicer! I am having problems typing on it at the moment as I am not used to the keys moving so quickly or lightly!

I do love the weight but it isn't as heavy as the Chocco I bought from you!

I stumbled some when I got my first too. The feeling and lightness does take a period of adjustment after being used to stiff unresponsive rubber domes boards.
I broke mine in playing slower paced rts, and stuff like typeracer.

Errr maybe you are right! I think it might have been the shock of picking up my **** dell board at work and replacing it with the Chocco, now I am a bit more used to the weight of these things :p

Ha I think I will get used to it soon enough, I now have one at work and one at home!

BTW WASD is now selling "naked" boards so if you want to find all your own keycaps, it makes it cheaper and easier since you don't have to pull caps and sell them.

I'm now saving for a TKL board. WASD should have one by Q4 of this year or a maybe a RACE board or a POKER or a .......... there are so many good looking TKL boards

I really don't like their boards, love the keys but I think the boards are too chunky.

Just thought I'd update the thread with my mechanicals in order:
First keyboard, a Ducky 1087 TKL with blues, has since been sold onto my brother as he fell in love with it over Christmas while I was at home :p
    [IMG]

Then I got a Noppoo Choc Mini (wanted to try brown switches), but found I missed the click.

Then got a Filco TKL with blues, which is very nice, amazing quality.

Around the same time I snagged a Poker with ghetto reds (which I'm typing on atm) slowly getting used to the reds, quite like them now, although still have the odd unintentional key press.

Sorry for the quality, all taken with a friends phone :p

Am now looking at getting a Pure, or possibly just a nice alu/wooden casing for my Poker, although would still quite like to try clear and black switches.

HAHAHA. I told you this was going to happen! I am currently in possession of 5 MX keyboards again... with the recent arrival of my Access
    [IMG]
matrix layout 100% programmable so can place any key anywhere, or make any keys macros, etc... fun little toy. This little one only cost me £7.50.

I knew it would aswell, I'm an obsessive, no doubt in a month or two I won't care for keyboards at all :p

Yeah, looks nice, although as you said, for me it would be more of a toy than an everyday keyboard.

Yeah, once you find the right board... it slows down. Now I only buy 'new' board if its REALLY cheap, like under $20. I've got a Cherry I'm going to change to all green switch once the stems come in, then I am done with new boards for awhile I think.
The only board I'd pay big money for would be an improved Poker, with 100% programmable capability, like the Access.

Could we get a list of UK resellers? Would be great to have on the first page and stickied.
I think I might not be the only one interested in these boards but am having trouble finding reputable sellers in the UK. Cheers :D

Well it depends which boards you want, since the 'gamer' ones are available from lots of places.
But if you want a filco etc, then TheKeyboardCo are the only UK site I know that sell them. KustomPCs also sell some actually, including DAS boards.

Most you'll have to import/buy second hand.

It's really growing on me, I love the size of it, and I'm slowly getting used to the red switches and layout.
If I were to get another keyboard, I'd be looking at one of a similar size, most likely to be a Pure, or a Race if I want something slightly bigger.

I'm now the proud owner of a Filco Ninja tenkeyless in ISO layout - my desk now looks huge! My mouse mat has a greater area than my keyboard :D

Ordered from the Keyboard Co on Friday morning, delivered to me this morning.

I'm a bit noisy on it at the moment as I'm bottoming out the keys all the time, may have to get some O rings to damp that as I've always been a heavy handed typist but this thing is just so sweet to type on compared to my old keyboard, even down to the texture of the keycaps simply feeling nicer. I may have to give some of the other switches a try now but I definitely have no issue with the browns.

Now all I need to suss out how to get work to spring for one in the office to match it...:p

I am still using an old Dell clicky keyboard and I love it.
