Not much Ducky love on here now I don't frequent the thread as often!

I don't mind the Shine 4, although it's a step away from the "basic" look I favour most about Ducky boards. That said, I am tempted to get hold of a Legend in black

I'm also not so sure I like garish, multicoloured backlighting any more - I think they work better on membrane boards.

 

I love the shape myself and am particularly keen on an all white KB.
Just repainted my Ducky as I was not keen on the finish but I only painted the top on this one.

Do you not have a rainbow LED KB Nick?

Your \| key is the wrong colour . Seriously, looks good .

SP caps always look really nice, but I just can't stand the profile after having used Cherry caps for so long.

Just for kicks, this is what I've been using for the last few weeks.

 

Really happy with my Ducky Shine after a couple of days of use. I must admit it took me some time to get used to the new keyboard, after using a Blackwidow for a fair few years, but now I've got a feel for it I wouldn't go back.

The Cherry browns are a lot better than the blue's for me; they still have the resistance but without the annoying click.

All in all the keyboard feels like a definite step up in quality all round and well worth the purchase.

 

Does anyone know what is included in IMSTO's stabs on his website?

Seeing as it is $10 I would hazard a guess at a full set, does anyone know?

 

I'd imagine for $10 it would be a full set. He's usually pretty quick at answering questions so it's probably worth dropping him an email.

 

I'd hope for a full set for $10 tbh... Of course a full set for a full size board isn't the same as a full size for a TKL / 60% board. Looking at his pics I'd assume you'd get enough for a TKL / 60% but not enough for a full size.

 

I might be able to sort you out with a 60% boards worth of PCB mount stabs actually, let me have a rummage in the bits box when I get back from work.
