Let me know if you are committing guys because I'll be asking for money after placing the order.

If there are 7 of us it'll be just shy of £15 each for four bags total.

I think I'll draw the line at 10pm tonight and then place the order; if however we have 8 confirmed buyers before 10pm I think I'll draw a line under that and seal the deal. Even 7 people is pretty good going to be honest.

There are going to be A LOT of keycaps changing hands on bit-tech in January/February. LOL.

No probs mate - there'll be plenty of us either selling or giving away keycaps so you won't miss out altogether. Let me just update the list and double check who we have onboard.

I'm quite happy with seven people, which works out at approx 570 keycaps each for approx £15, depending on paypal's exchange rate and any fees incurred. If nobody else signs up in the next short while I'll go ahead with the purchase and then sort out payment with those involved.

PLEASE NOTE

There will probably be a customs/handling charge to the tune of around £15 or £20 when the keycaps reach the UK, however money for this can be settled later when I sort out domestic postage. I don't expect this extra cost to exceed £5 per person, which takes the grand total to £20 each.

As I said before, I will not be doing any sorting of the keycaps; they will be counted for equal and fair distribution and then promptly sent to the buyers.

I will post in this thread once payment has been made and then I will expect reimbursement from each of you at your earliest convenience!

 

I'll be in 100%. £20 is a bit more than I was intending, and I don't really want 500, but nevermind. Life's too short. Unless I'm throwing a spanner in the works. It's not essential, so if it buggers anything you can count me out if necessary.

 

Dude it's not a problem - if you want less I can give you less and you can pay less. I'll sign you up, and that's the deal sealed.

@ adrock yes definitely - I'll probably take high res pics of all the caps when they are counted which will give folks an idea of what's available.

I think if we aim for everyone to get a full set out of what they (we as a collective) have, then that would be sweet! (potentially dreaming)

 

lets be honest, you could probably recoup your money if you managed 3 or 4 gamer kits or half a dozen arrow key sets.

i'm really just curious, if it's truly randomised then the odds of getting full sets must be slim, but if their excess stock is kept in sets then it's potentially awesome.

 

I very much doubt you'll get a full set. Our group buys will be quite a small part of all the production they do... plus the odds and ends will be in a massive tub with no change of getting a full set IMO!

 

ye of little faith. well maybe between us we can manage 1 full set

(and I will need most of my 1,000 caps to fill up my cougar attack - matching or not haha)

 

Anyone got an idea of what an orange gamer kit is worth at the moment? And would they like to buy it? I received an extra and have no use for it.
