There are very cheap and it would be great if we could club together to get 10 or so to save on postage :)

I'm happy to organise that if people want?

Not quite the same group buy I was thinking of, presumably that one is still in development so to speak :p

My alu case from treble arrived today, love it, will post pics and more thoughts about it later today, the space has a slightly lower sound now, very satisfying :D

So, I did look back through the thread, but other than the masses of logos, is the CM Storm much cop?

I notice there is finally a UK layout, and they aren't excessively expensive, but they use black switches when ultimately, I think I will prefer browns having spent some time playing with blues the other week.

The CM Storm is an awesome board, identical to a Filco in quality and design (i have been lead to believe) but the marketing logos and such ruin the 'elite feeling',

The font of the keycaps is pretty bad, and the logos everywhere are kinda annoying, but if that doesn't bother you then for the price the CM Storm is an absolute steal!

Only Blacks are available just now but they have promised more switches coming in the near future (reds by the end of this month apparently?)

Buckling spring or alps are my next conquest, I wish the HHKB2 had a windows and control button!

Just to update, I'm no PMing people yet, will update the thread here when I do.

I'm keeping an eye out for a HHKB, really want to try one, and I've got the cherry mx test boards on their way to me tomorrow, so I'll get to try quite a few less common switches, who knows, might find my new favourite ;)

Oh awesome, I never visit deskthority as it is so slow! Didn't realise the board was coming to the Uk.

That's odd, I find deskthority fine, and geekhack a right pain due it being really slow/not
    available at all.
And it's been to the UK already, after me it's going to Germany, and then coming back to the UK later, doesn't seem sensible to me, but I'm not going to argue with the order on the site, don't want to cause an issues.

If you want to try BS/alps, then getting an older from ebay or something similar is your best bet, new ones in the UK aren't that common, unicomp get's pricey when you add the shipping from what I remember, and ducky 1087xm or something similar is one of the only boards I know with alps you can buy new, think it comes with greens or something.
