Geekhack is just bordering on suicidal! Literally every three days the site us down and the next day we find a 4 day rollback.

At this rate progress is running backwards

Dunno if you guys noticed but I managed to get on the very small order list (18 people) for 2 of these bad boys below.

My dear friends we must in these troubled times exercise some degree of self restraint.

Ahem coming from me who ordered an overpriced Cherry DS set just to see what the fuss is about and haven't used them since.

Although I do plan to stick em on my new Poker today :)

Would it not be better to organise a BT group buy for the Nyan cat set? Save some pennies :)

It isn't going to look amazing straight away as I forgot to order the number row in orange :duh:

Nor will the INS/DEL block of six keys, they will stay black for the time being. Not sure what to do.....

I wasn't blown away by the caps on the Poker, not sure that anyone keeps the standard ones though!

Right, after a few games of Starcraft it seems the Poker works fine for gaming, I just realised I don't use much more than alpha keys and a few numbers anyway so no issues there!

Having to press fn+5 to refresh is weird though lol.

Although, after a week or two on Browns I think I've grown on them. Blacks and browns are each excellent in their own way. Its a shame, but I don't think I'm ever going to find a perfect switch, so far every choice has compromised at least something.

That is why you need more than one board ;)

Hamza, if you decide against the Poker, let me know ;)

And also was wondering whether you were going to be putting your Quickfire with reds for sale?
