It'll be interesting to see what the branding and blanks do to the price on that Das, because I recently sold its identical twin from Cherry (with Lasered POM caps) for £50 on the bay.

I'm pretty sure, it's very hard to find a cherry board with blanks and blue switches. But I might have made that up entirely.

I have been hankering after a G80-3000 for a while and I think this one fits the bill perfectly.

I'm sure it's nigh on impossible unless someone has already replaced the caps when you buy it. From the photo above those are original blank POM Cherry caps though (you can see the stem moulding from above).

Cherry still makes blank version G80-3000L*CXY (also in ISO with XX code) same as Das II, though the blue switch S version is a lot harder to find than the black switch P version.

More Cherry dyesubs goodness now available for ordering in groupbuy.

Here's the G80-1192HAG I picked up but didn't really need that much..

It's ISO and has UK doubleshots but would indeed need a Moogle for the caps to be used with a newer board.
Keycaps have shine but nothing too bad.
    Oh it has Blacks...

If anyone wants it, you can have it for £45 including shipping..

I think that Das keyboard will go for a lot, seeing that black G80-3000s are quite rare. The caps alone will attract a lot of attention.

    @el2k, nice board!

A whole G80 for less than a set of keycaps for one LOL. I think it's kind of funny the blank ones cost 10 more than the lasered. Should be less really.

Is anyone doing a techkeys order at any point ever? OR does anyone have a center stemed stepped caps lock that is white on off white?

I was having a browse through eBay last night and very nearly bid on that das.

Is anyone going to be getting these, I see George has expressed some interest, I am debating it and probably would go for it if shipping was combined. Pretty sure I read you can get 3 TKL sets in the $24 boxes.

I might have arranged combined postage with another chap on GH for those - I'll make a decision, PM him and then PM you.

No worries if you can't fit me in the box, I probably should save a bit of cash anyway... on the other hand I did just get £266 tax back from nearly 2 years ago!

I have been looking at http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=43745.0 too, shame about the spacebar but looks a cheap way just to get some colour.

P.S. Sell me your Filco with Reds.... :hehe:

    Interested.
Can you please show more close-up photos of key caps?
Specially to see that shine on them.
Would you accept a cheeky £35?:worried:
