I'm going for reds, I'm fairly light on the keys.

    Confirmed. Fn+F9 :)

Reds are the best, beautifully butter smooth on this board.

Is the left 'Ducky' key actually a Win key? I use my Win key quite a bit for various shortcuts.

I would say yes. Left super key is nearly always a windows key, I can't think of a board which has supers where that isn't the case.

Just a little! You won't regret reds (well in my opinion anyway). Personally (although some may disagree) I find blacks too stiff and blues no good for gaming on. Browns are really nice but the tactile bump is very light (although you learn to feel for it if you only type lightly).

Nicely done! Nothing like a quick decision!

    Edit: From CCL?

Yes CCL, free next day delivery and it comes in at under £100. I've been umming and aahing over this since last week. Between you all you have answered my main worries/questions.

Currently typing on my long-serving MS Natural 4000 which has developed a fault. I'm going to miss the ergo layout for sure but fancied a change.

you might miss ergo layout but you won't missing mashing rubber domes. Soon you will want to replace all the keyboards you ever might come into contact with with a mech, and then buy extras to build a fort to hide in. Or that could just be me.

There'll be no fort building here!

I've used MS ergo keyboards since the very first one and still have them all. Hmmm, maybe I could make a fort out of them all? Doh!

There are a few boards out there that have the Fn key in place of lwin, which in my opinion is the best key to replace with Fn on a standard layout with minimal 2nd layer stuff like media keys. Who wants stupid accidental winkey dropping you out of gaming? Die lwin die!

Are people really unable to use a keyboard properly whilst gaming?! I have never hit the win key whilst playing. I do however use the win key a lot!
