Windows Meet the fockers help

    ok so i downlloaded (legally of course) meet the fockers in mpg format and i burned it using nero startsamrt and when i put it into my DVD player it just shows the video file pic saying meet the fockers and wont allow me to play it any reason for this?? its took me ages to download and thats on 512kbps :duh: ok help would be appreciated greatly as this has happened wit others aswell...thanks in advance, Ice

    And a big fat yeah right regarding downloading it legally ;) But let's not go down that road - don't let this descend to a warez discussion please :thumb:

    ok well lets just say i ''aqquired the movie on mpg'' and i need help for the problem that is int he 1st post :rolleyes:

    Is this on you DVD ROM on your PC or a stand alone DVD Player.

    If its for your PC it looks like you will need to download some codecs, try and find tsunami filter pack, ffdshow

    If its for a stand alone DVD player
    What you may have to do if your DVD player dosnt support mpg playback is convert it to DVD (vob) you could try something like DVDsanta.

    Try avicodec.

    Open the file in there and it will tell you the videa and audio codec you need to play a given file
