I spose if a santa calls out "ho, ho, ho" when ladies pass he could be charged with sexual harassment? No point calling them santa's anymore, and i don't see kids being allowed to sit on santa's lap for much longer.
Sadly, this actually makes sens. Wouldn't it be easy for an old pervert to just disguise himself as Santa and get payed to have children sitting on him ? There are so many wrong things I can think of right now ... Not cool
BITE ME. I figure you may be being sarcastic but it still annoys me. This is predominantly a Christian country and whilst I myself am not one it should be Merry Christmas as it is a national holiday. Why the hell should we be so liberal as to let all other races and religions dictate what we say within our own country? No other other country with a different religious alignment (ugly i know but couldn't think of a better word ) would make the exception. PC libreals have gone to far if someone is genuinely annoyed by phrases such as "black coffe" and other such "non-PC" sayings then i will moderate my language around them as i'm sure we all do around our mothers. (you know the whole no swearing thing) But in reality i find that the only people that are annoyed by non-PC phrases are the hippy liberals and those that should be offend aren't. In reverse are you offended when you go to Indonesia and Bali and they have their Muslim and Hindu festivals? Or do you accept it as their culture and enjoy the experience? Merry Christmas and Happy Easter when they come around.
Exactly, its a ****in joke, and what do you think they would say if we started trying to change the names of thier holidays/celebrations because they 'offended' us? They'd tell us to **** off.
Actually, atleast at my local shopping centre, children *aren't* allowed so sit on 'Santa''s knee. And these guys get background checked to prevent them from turning out to be peados, apparently.
My girlfriend made a good point last night, we let all kinds of other ethnic and religious people come to our country, and they do things like make us change our holidays so that they aren't offensive to them. If you don’t like it, maybe you should go back to your home.
