I'm sorry, Pook. I thought I liked it, it sounds nice, but after watching the video of it in the flesh I really, really don't any more. It's just really ugly and lacks classic styling of muscle cars :/

Well, it just feels rude not to like it since you made the video after all the hype from forumites :p

Hmmm yeah sorta bored with it now. Im sure being the owner is more exciting as being a onlooker but it doesn't hold attention anymore. Why not repaint it in Black with the Gold stripes and sort out a body kit for it?

TBH these new ones have nothing against the old ones.

Looks like lots of fun tbh.
Mind you, doing some progressive driving in the wet must be a bit eventful... :D

Not trying to be harsh but showing yourself (potentially) speeding on a public road AND leaving your numberplate visible seems like a silly thing to do to me.
Obviously I'm not saying you were as it's hard to tell from a video but there are points where it looks highly likely.
Also the badge on the boot looks like it came off a fiat :p (http://home.wangjianshuo.com/archives/2004/03/16/shanghai-fiat.brand.jpg - Thanks google)

(sorry if the bit about speeding sounds a little harsh but crims have been caught via 'tube / 'space before and it wouldn't be fun if it happened to you however unlikely it is)

I liked it. I've seen several of the new Mustangs, but only parked up - not driving about. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I like it a lot more after seeing the video. I completely understand the appeal but for me I'd be looking for something that went round corners. It must be a lot of hassle having a crane pick the car up and spin it round for you when you want to change direction. Bloody nice noise though, I've got to admit if I was looking for a car in that price range and running costs weren't too much of an issue then it would definitely be way up the list.

Aha!... National speed limit road. The drive by was only at about 50 in 2rd, and the in car shots just look faster than they are cos the lens was zoomed right back.

After reading about the Japanese guy in the Ferrari now doing time, it crossed my mind :hehe:

You're on the wrong side of the road! ;)

Seriously though, that's a nice stang you've got there. The hedges along the road remind me of Nuerburgring.

Hee hee, good stuff pook, don't want to see you locked up over something daft :)
I must say having watched it again the engine noise if fantastic and the thing is its actually got a car with the grunt to match it unlike most of the noisy motors out there (which sadly happen to be chavved up corsa's or nova's).

You need to go on a track and learn doing serious sideways driving. Not drifting per se, but driving a few serious laps with a bit too much power applied through corners.. That's how i love driving my Alfa

I'd love to. Always paranoid about hitting a curb I never saw or something.. plus getting sideways on public roads is just silly. It's finding the time... I work like a slave at the moment :miffed:
