im planning on building a custom case. well if i was going to prevent emi does it matter what metal id be using? or how thick? i was thinking some sheets of aluminum.
copper- best emi protection steel- very good emi protection aluminum- moderate emi protection acrylic- no emi protection
Aluminum is the best material. I have a Coolermaster and i love it almost as much as i love my girlfriend. And i would die for her.
ill email this thread to her. i don't care. she knows i love my new case but she knows i love her more than anything else.
*cough...give me a beak...cough* Anyways...on topic I'd go with aluminum. Its decently tough, polishes nice, and doesn't way a ton. I am being built free side panels and was just informed they are being made of 1/8" to 1/4" stainless steel. It's going to way a ton... Paperweight!!!
