I will need some help with the code, I suspect...

It was mostly made from scrap leftovers, so it cost me nothing, really.

    I DIDN'T DO IT :worried:
Although an update would be nice. Even a pic of it being used to dry clothes would be appreciated.

Alright, alright! To quote Granny Weatherwax: "I aten't dead..."

Thing is, the last few years have been... a bit difficult. My line manager unexpectedly died and I was kicked up the ladder into a very, very busy role. Then I had a family bereavement the very next year on almost the same date. Then Brexit happened, which left a lot of EU nationals in limbo. My mind has been on other things a lot...

And there was also a brief side-project which some will have spotted, like my home-built steampunk soldering station:

And I am building a steampunk version of the Divergence Meter using Tom Titor's design (in black walnut and brass --there will be a short project log on that also).

Both projects are allowing me to practice and try out some techniques and ideas that I will also incorporate in Ada (which after all will have nixie tubes).

So I am gradually coming back to the project.

One of the things that never quite felt right with me was the fasteners, which didn't scream "steampunk" at me. I like hex fasteners, but in the end I replaced them with brass ones (which are only available in slot, but that is actually more authentic to the period).

Next will be the motherboard tray.

I had to do a lot of problem solving around the nixie tube PCB, but I think I have it cracked. I will have to move back and forth between that part and some other bits, like the mouse I am going to build...
