    It's a clip cut from a pickup truck TV commercial. I saw it on TV today, advertising chevy or GM or the likes.

    Truck seemed way to prominent for it not to be an ad.... (easy to say that after it's been confirmed!)

    And you may want to put a not-safe-for-work warning on that link - the random pics under the video are sometimes a tad rude.... :thumb:

    Looks pretty fake, actually. If a meteor that size actually hit the earth, it would be travelling so fast that you wouldn't see it coming, and make an impact so big that the cameraman and the surrounding square mile or so would be vapourised by the shockwave of superheated compressed air alone.

    Funny commercial though.
