I'm building a new PC for my uncle and have ordered it all from micro direct wednesday night, it came tis morning and my little bro signed for it. Can't fault their delivery times, but what the problem is, is this; The order was all there apart from the cheapo ATX case that i ordered, the packages from Amtrack were labelled 1 of 3 for the little bag with the invoice in, 2 of 3 for the monitor and 3 of 3 for the box with all the parts in, so i contacted microdirect and they said contact Amtrack because they probably forgot and left it in the van, so i contacted them and they said there were only those 3 parcels, so i gets back on to microdirect and gets the answering machine, what do you guys tink i should do next ? (i ran over about an hour and still got the answering machine)
It's MicroDirect's problem to sort out with Amtrak. They should never have told you to talk to Amtrak because the problem is between their warehouse and the courier.
U live in stock port mate there warehouse is in stockport go and shout at them direct (u can pick things up firect form the ware house)
